It is my pleasure to offer you the position of at Odoo Inc., reporting to XXXXXXXX.

In this position, you will be playing a key role in the development of the American operations of Odoo.

This offer expires on XXXXXX. Should you accept this offer, your first day of work will be XXXXXXXXX.

This letter and accompanying enclosures will summarize important details of matters pertaining to your employment. Also enclosed is information about current benefits, which are provided to the workforce here at Odoo. Our benefits, payroll, and other human resource management services are provided through ADP TotalSource, a professional employer organization.

As a result of Odoo's arrangement with ADP TotalSource, ADP TotalSource will be considered your employer of record for these purposes and your managers here at Odoo will be responsible for directing your work, reviewing your performance, setting your schedule, and otherwise directing your work at Odoo.

Compensation:

Your base salary is per month, annualized. The base salary of XXXXXXXXX, your first month employment will be prorated according to the number of working days during that period.

Expenses:

The company will reimburse you for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by you in furtherance of Odoo’s business. All expenses claimed are subject to the review and approval of your supervisor. Records must be maintained and submitted for any expenses to be reimbursed - including destination for auto mileage totals and receipts for all other items. Use of personal automobile for company business will be reimbursed at the applicable IRS rate in effect per mile.

Company Property:

During and after your employment, you will not use any Company Property for any purpose other than for the benefit of the Company. Except for business uses related to the performance of your job, you will not remove from the Company premises any Company Property without written consent of your supervisor. In the event of your termination of employment, or at any time at the request of the Company, you will return all Company Property. You will also return all copies of Company Property, and any Work Product derived from Company Property.

"Company Property" means Trade Secrets of Odoo, Work Product, customer lists, prospect lists, forms, manuals, records, correspondence, contracts, notes, memoranda, notebooks and other documents of the Company, software media, equipment, and other intangible and tangible property owned by the Company.

Name & Likeness Rights, etc: You hereby authorize the Company to use, reuse, and to grant others the right to use and reuse your name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including but not limited to film, video, and digital, or other electronic media), both during and after my employment, for whatever purposes the Company deems necessary.

Term of Employment:

As Odoo is the company for which you will perform service, we will retain the right to control and direct your work, its results, and the manner and means by which your work is accomplished. Your employment with the Company is at will, and therefore, may be terminated by you or the Company at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This “at will” employment relationship may not be modified by any oral or implied agreement. You are expected to work 40 hours per week lunch excluded, during the core hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Visa Sponsorship:

Odoo Inc. assumes that you will be eligible to work in the United States on your first day at work. If you need Odoo Inc. to sponsor you for a visa application at any point in time after your employment has started, Odoo Inc. will make this decision no earlier than and no XXXXXXX later than XXXXXXX. This decision will be determined based on your performance.

Paid time off:

This employment contract comes with 72 paid sick hours and 10 (the first year), 15 (the second year), and 20 (the third year and on) paid vacation days per year. Paid vacation days and paid sick days are transferable from one year to the next. The cap on paid vacation days is 20 days at any time; the cap on paid sick days is 72 hours at any time. Unused paid vacation days will be paid through final paycheck at the time of employment termination; unused paid sick days will not.

You can elect to pay for eligible transit and/or parking expenses with pre-tax payroll deductions.

Additional Benefits:

As stated above, Odoo has contracted with ADP TotalSource to provide payroll, benefits and HR administration services on behalf of Odoo. Information about these benefits is included with this letter and additional information will be available online over the web on the terms and conditions included in the End User License Agreement (EULA) each new employee must accept in order to access ADP’s online self-service portal: ADP TotalSource.

You may indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing on the appropriate space indicated below. Please bring to the office the necessary documents required to verify your identity and eligibility to work in the United States on your reporting date.
