I made, as a late founder, a deepech scientific project evolve into a company that sold within the first year;

I sent over 450 emails which produced 150 phone calls, through 3 market discovery iterations, in order to collect data from the field, adapt and translate it for my tech associates and finally orient the strategy and product roadmap. I also created all the processes, tooling and culture needed to execute our new model.

I have sourced over 500 startups; challenged over 70 on a daily basis on their go-to market strategy (sales engine and funnels iterations, BUs structuration, product/sales culture, KPIs...), with over 20 one-to-one meetings per week and helped 40% of them raise funds

I still do fundraising, as a hobby (last deal 4 months ago, 2M€)

I managed several types of corporate startup programs

I have also founded a music record label (3years when student) and a mobile app startup (1,5years)
