I am an engineer who has done research and finally discovered human resources management. After many years in big American companies, I tried managing position in startups, then being an independent consultant. I finally found out that managing people, helping them to succeed, maintaining or reviving their motivation, was the work that I liked the most and that brought the highest value to companies.
