- Ability to create, manage and motivate teams (up to 85 people) to help them evolve from a technical and non-technical point of view (listening, expression, time management, customer relations), but also to lead complex projects and directing choices of roadmap, architecture, organization, method, tools, infrastructure, hosting, problem solving.
