I am very impactful at setting process, and optimizing the operational efficiency of a structure while controlling costs. Thanks to my experience as Country Manager, I believe I can help a fast-growing company in defining strategy, supported by concrete deployment plans including resources management, organizational setting between main departments. I also monitor the deployment of operations with budgeting, reporting and KPI management.
Finally, I believe my experience in contract negotiation and team management could be great assets in a scale-up phase.
