Since our creation in 2007, we have set the ambition to become one of the main players in Adtech in Europe by continuously innovating on how to boost Advertisers’ campaign performance when facing lead generation budgets.
Our formula? We provide a paid marketing technology, « Dolead Performance », generating ready-to-sell leads on a performance basis and at scale. This unique cutting edge technology boost advertisers’ growth while controlling their acquisition costs. Our secret ingredients? 10 years of “poc and scale” and “data wins arguments” relaying on a strong R&D Lab.
Our technology has attracted both our customers and our investors. Used each month by more than 350 customers and awarded by our technical partners (Google Adwords, Bing Ads etc.), we raised $15 million in June 2018.
Encouraged by this confidence, our adventure is now becoming international. We opened in 2019 a US office in Boston and will continue our development in Europe, especially in Paris, Madrid, Milan and London. We are currently a team of 60 people and we are expecting to welcome 20 additional talents in the next 6 months.

Job description:
We are currently seeking a Head Of Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team beginning of January 2021.This position will play an integral role in growing brand awareness and increasing market penetration for Dolead in the industry. This position is a highly cross-functional, strategic role which will require both creative and analytical thinking
Your missions:
- BRAND STRATEGY
- POSITIONING: Own Dolead brand positioning and communication strategy and define how to execute it on all relevant media (website, professional networks and Traditional as B2B press, events)
- BUDGET: Oversee the overall global marketing budget and roadmap, and track ROI / key metrics
- ROADMAP: Define a clear content roadmap (what content the company is going to create and at what intervals)
2. BRAND AWARENESS EXECUTION
- CONTENT: Manage efficient content creation efforts (speaker presentation, use case, articles, white papers)
- COMMUNICATION: Establish and enforce Dolead’s brand positioning across digital assets (e.g. website, social media)
- PR: Issue press releases and increase Dolead credentials (e.g. awards) in the lead generation industry
3. DEMAND GENERATION
- STRATEGY: Identify growth opportunities for Dolead (hunting grounds) with Sales and operational teams
- REPORTING & MANAGEMENT
4. MANAGEMENT AT A “HEAD OF” SENIORITY LEVEL
- MANAGEMENT: Manage the Global Marketing team including the Demand Generation team, agencies and freelancers
- MINDSET: Be on top of trends of the market, think strategically and contribute to new ideas and best practices
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience in senior B2B marketing roles.
- Superior writing, editing, presentation, storytelling skills
- Comfortable and effective interacting with senior management and key stakeholders
- Management: Experience building, nurturing and retaining a productive and engaged team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills; customer focused; adaptive to change
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required and MBA a plus
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in French and English
