Introduction

As the Head of Marketing in [ON COMPANY], you will be in charge of defining a brand positioning and increase brand awareness in our industry across the globe.

The CEO and the VP Sales & Marketing have asked you to present your battle plan for 2021: brand awareness and content roadmap. You will have one hour to pitch your plan to the Executive Committee and why not get some extra budget to achieve your mission.

Task 1

  • Diagnostic on current brand awareness strategy and targeted buyer personas.
  • Formulate a recommendation on what should be the company brand awareness strategy for 2021.
  • Present 5 - 10 ideas on what content should be created.
  • Write one quick post / article to illustrate one of your ideas.

Task 2

  • Review Company Website and provide recommendations on what can be improved / changed.
  • Share an example of a website that could be used as a benchmark for the company.

Instructions

  • You should spend 3 hours maximum preparing this use case.
  • You can prepare a google slide presentation or powerpoint.
  • The meeting will be in English.
