JobDesc - Head of Finance - Welcome to the Jungle

Our Head of Strategy & Finance will report directly to the CEO and be part of our Executive Committee.

The missions are :

• Global missions :
• Work with our GM and her Operations team on building financial & operational planning and execution
• Manage the Financial team overseen by the CFO
• Supervise the production and quality of the financial reports to investors with the CFO
• Oversee all business plan and budget related projects for the Company and its subsidiaries
• Build consistent business plan and market analysis for every new product development
• Ensure linkage to central function in execution of country initiatives, deployment of new products and alignment with our company’s core missions
• Build an internal communication strategy to help all our team members understand the global roadmap and financial direction of WTTJ
• International expansion :
• Partner with the GM and our upcoming Head of International development to help set the strategic direction of the market
• Help the CFO and her team on building an international Finance set up (including accountability, billing, etc. issues)
• Lead external growth strategy and fundraising processes and their executions with the CEO
