Why it matters: Repetitive actions (e.x filling in different forms with the same information) are not good for UX. It is a strenuous task for users which doesn’t help them achieve their goals. Besides, users are likely to look for other ways around: for example, being tired with the repetitive questions, they may switch to competitors whose processes are faster & easier.
How to test it: You should start by analyzing your product’s flows and observing the user’s behavior. Make sure that if repetitive actions are present, there is a way to ease them: for instance, an option to use previously entered information.
