Employee Attrition & Turnover

This metric represents the percentage of employees who leave an organization over a specific period, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. It is a key indicator used by HR departments to monitor and improve their organization's workforce planning and overall management.

Employee Turnover can also be a good indicator. With turnover, employees who leave are often replaced. However, with attrition, these employees (sometimes ) aren’t replaced.
